The Creative Engagement Group was built from a unique DNA. Unlike other communications groups, it is a culture of creators and makers – each agency has origins in delivery, creativity and user centricity. When ‘story telling’ has been replaced by ‘story doing’, the group works with clients across a range of sectors, from automotive to tech to media, with a particular strength in healthcare.
LLOYDS EMPLOYEE CULTURE CHANGE
Internal communications campaign using authentic, personal experiences of real Lloyds Banking Group employees, to support the workforce through a period of significant business change.
The Brief
Create a three-year campaign to inform 75,000 colleagues about the fundamental transformation of the Group’s culture and ways of working, opening-up honest conversation without alienating an already nervous workforce.
The Solution
A multi-channel approach offering every colleague reasons to engage and share. A campaign that creates a ‘safe space’ for colleagues to talk about transformation. Personal stories from right across the business that resonate with every colleague.
The Result
Within Lloyds, our stories have been viewed over 200,000 times and generated thousands of likes, shares and comments.
Integrated B2B Campaign
An integrated event and bite-size online content to drive revenue growth and increase awareness of the bank’s capabilities in the tech sector.
The Brief
Help the international bank to get closer to C-Suite stakeholders in its tech customer-base and give the brand a voice in this fast-moving sector.
The Solution
A strong, layered campaign that would deliver content across internal, live event, sponsorship and online channels. The programme started with an internal awareness campaign to get Relationship Managers engaged. The centre of the campaign was a non-traditional live event, held in San Francisco, that brought together 59 clients from 11 countries. 32 pieces of film content captured at the event were turned into over 70 assets for use in local and global online marketing campaigns.
The Result
The combination of the high-end customer experience and compelling online content gave the brand a voice in the tech sector and $5 million new revenue tracked so far.

Immersive Exhibition Experience for ERS
A 3D interactive world that uses augmented reality to convey a product’s key differentiator.

An exhibition booth to connect with a congress audience and deliver a product differentiator in a memorable way.

Combine strategic content, environment design and AR development to grab the attention of a busy healthcare delegate and show the life experiences that patients on the client’s product would now be able to enjoy.

Google Digital Garages
Physical experiences to introduce customers to the brand’s people, its products and its culture.
The Brief
Give small business owners and consumers the opportunity to meet Google experts face-to-face, ask questions and be coached through online marketing fundamentals in a more social setting.
The Solution
Highly flexible social popup spaces to help people increase their digital savvy, by taking Google’s expertise and people into their world. These environments ranged from high street retail spaces, popups for libraries and a double decker bus to reach remote communities.
The Result
Huge uptake from the public across 3 permanent stores, 5 semi-permanent stores , 12 temporary garages and 1 Google bus.
