Break The Bias

Today, in observance of International Women’s Day, I’m calling on business leaders to examine our own biases. To recognize that we have a new and serious duty of care for our employees who have been stalwart through pandemic and now looming war. How are our biases – for or against people and their ethnicities, genders, religions, generations, and lifestyle preferences – influencing our decisions?
