The health of your business depends upon the health of your people

The second key theme that came out of our ThinkTank with industry professionals was to address the myth that wellbeing is optional – not critical – to business performance. The benefits of a healthier, happier workforce are numerous – including better productivity, employee retention and talent attraction. It also requires measurement in the same ways as other key business metrics.
